This ECU pump controller acts as the central electronic brain for Komatsu PC series excavators. It receives real-time signal data from engine speed sensors, hydraulic pressure sensors and pilot control sensors. The built-in high-speed microprocessor calculates load demand, automatically matches engine output power and main pump hydraulic flow, optimizing digging force, fuel consumption and machine responsiveness.
It supports built-in self-diagnosis, automatically detecting system malfunctions, storing fault codes and sending alarm prompts to the monitor panel. It also provides multi-layer overload protection for engine and hydraulic pump, effectively avoiding component burnout caused by abnormal pressure or overloading.
